12 Days Uganda Safari and Primate Experience, takes you to the greatest Murchison Falls, Kibale National park, Queen Elizabeth national park, Bwindi and Lake Mburo National park in addition you will explore crater lake and marvel at the beautiful scenery surrounding Lake Bunyonyi found in Kibale among the activities you will enjoy the game drive, chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking boat cruise, bird watching, hiking and nature walk etc.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
On arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be received by our delegate who will transfer you to your accommodation around Entebbe or Kampala
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls
After breakfast you will drive to Kampala following the north west, visit the impressive Ziwa Rhino sanctuary to trek rhinos and have lunch along the way to Kabalega dinners/Masindi town. From there you will continue to Murchison falls national park, if time allows you will hike to the top of the fall of the great Nile which makes its way through a seven-meter gorge white and thunderous drop to more than 43 meters below. Back to the lodge for check in, dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Accommodation option: Pará safari lodge, Nile safari lodge (luxury), Sambiya river lodge, Twiga bakers (moderate), red chili, Tangi safari lodge fort Murchison (budget), Pakuba safari lodge.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise on the Nile
In the morning you will have a game drive along the northern banks of the river with the help of the guide and you will see various mammals such as elephants, zebras, buffalo, lions’ leopards and birds such as hornbill, vultures etc. after you will come back to your lodge for lunch and later you will have a boat ride to the bottom of the fall and you will see several animals such as water barks, elephants, buffaloes, and birds like fish eagle, Bee eater etc. There you will be coming back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at the previous lodge.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park.
Today you will depart from Murchison falls national park after morning breakfast check out of the lodge and head south west through the impressive Albertine escarpment of the western rift valley with En-route lunch in Hoima and then proceed to the beautiful Fort Portal city which is the capital of Toro kingdom, located in the shadow of mountain Rwenzori. Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking In Kibale
Today you will spend your morning hours trekking the chimps in the forest, these primates are quite mobile and seeing them is guaranteed. A 4-5 hour forest walk will be very rewarding with views of the primates and birds like grey checked manga beys, red tailed monkey, blue monkey your guide will tell you about the impressive fauna and flora found in this forest, after the trekking, back to the lodge for lunch. Immediately after lunch you will go to Bigodi community initiative swamp walk. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at your lodge
Day6: Queen Elizabeth Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel
After your breakfast check out of the lodge and go to Queen Elizbeth national park. The driver guide will reward you with greater views of the mountain ranges as well as game viewing, you will have your lunch at the lodge. In the evening you will have boat cruise in at Kazinga channel for two hours and this will take you pass high population of hippos plus other several animals drinking water at the bunks of the channel, this boat cruise offers you a great chance of photograph, game viewing as well as bird watching, the abundant bird life is colored with more than 550 bird species. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive and Crater Lakes
Begin the day with morning game drive at Kasenyi plains to see elephants, Mongoose, Uganda Kob, buffaloes, lion, sported hyenas , warthogs and water bucks plus various bird species. This drive will take you up to lake George and later return for lunch at your lodge. After lunch you will go and explore the greater lakes region and later return back for dinner and overnight.
Meal plan: Full board.
Day 8: Trekking Tree Climbing Lions at Ishasha
You will set out of the lodge and drive to Bwindi through Ishasha sector of the park looking for tree climbing lions which can only be seen in this part of the country Uganda. Fortunately, the terrine is an open savannah scattered with Arcadia and fig trees, you will enjoy your lunch at Topi safari lodge and later continue to Bwindi impenetrable national park where you will have dinner and overnight.
Stay at: Nsongi gorilla resort, Buhoma community rest camp, Bwindi view band as, Wangi tail safari camp, trekkers cottages, Gorilla Havens lodge, silver bank lodge. (Depends on the location of the Gorilla permit)
Day 9: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Experience
After your early morning breakfast, with your packed lunch you will head to the park headquarters where you will be briefed before going for gorilla trekking in the impenetrable forest and it is crossed by several animals like black and white colobus monkeys, baboons and many others. After finding the Gorillas, spend an hour with them and learn their playful nature, way of maturing their younger ones, generally gorillas are peaceful and shy animals however you have a chance to take photos and observe them.
Return to the park headquarters and later proceed to Batwa Culture Immersion and experience their way of live from the forest to where they are now. After to Lake Bunyonyi the deepest lake Uganda and the 2nd in Africa Lake Tanganyika for an overnight
Stay at: Bunyonyi safari lodge/ Bird nest/ Bunyonyi Overland/ Arcadia cottages.
Day10: Explore Lake Bunyonyi and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
This place is known as Switzerland of Africa, after breakfast, you will take a boat to tour the islands and to the famous island called the punishment island where they dumped pregnant unmarried girls to kill them and continue to visit other islands and view the various bird species. After the boat, proceed to Lake Mburo National Park with En-route lunch in Mbarara City later continue your journey to Mburo for rest and overnight stay.
Accommodation Option: Hyena safari lodge/ Eagle nest
Day11: Safari Walk in Lake Mburo National Park and Transfer to Mabamba
After breakfast you will have a safari in lake Mburo national park the smallest of the Uganda’s national park and there you will have a chance to see eland, Topi, Impalas, oribi, zebras and cape buffaloes. This park is very bird stunning paradise with 250 bird species such papyrus gonoleks and brown faced lamp wing etc. After you will be transferred to Mabamba with stopover at the equator crossing for photographs and Equator experience. Dinner and overnight

Day12: Shoebill Tracking and Transfer to Entebbe for Your Departure
The last day of the twelve days Uganda safari you checkout of the lodge and be transferred to Mabamba swamp where you will take the boat into the swamp to track the shoebills and so many other bird species such as Papyrus gonoleks, Grey crested crane, purple heron, Kingfisher etc. after track you will be transferred to Nakiwogo landing site by boat where you will find your driver guide to take you for lunch around Entebbe later be later transfer to the airport for your departure flight and this will make the end of your twelve-day adventure in the pearl of Africa.
