5 Days Wildlife Safaris and Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest

Day 1: Kampala-Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

5 Days Wildlife safari and Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi forest, you will be picked up by your guide from Entebbe and set off to southern part of Uganda Bwindi forest. On your way, you will have a sight at the terraced hills together with a stopover at the equator for refreshment, snacks and taking snaps as you proceed to Bwindi. You will reach late in the evening check into your lodge/hotel have some rest with dinner and overnight.

Accommodation options: Buhoma lodge/chameleon hill/silver back lodge (up market) gorilla mist camp/Bakiga lodge, Ichumbi gorilla safari lodge(moderate), Buhoma community.

Meal plan: Full board.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

After your breakfast you will move to the park headquarters for briefing with your packed lunch. After the briefing enter the bush for gorilla tracking guided by parker rangers where you are allowed to stay with the gorilla for only one hour. Later we shall have evening walk to Batwa community for some cultural encounters from the Batwa people like the cultural traditional dances and others. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast checkout of the lodge and say bye-bye to gorilla and after you shall transfer to l. Bunyonyi which is termed as a great destination for birders due to the various numbers of birds that are available and apart from that it has eye-catching sceneries including the water bodies, hills, forests, Islands among others. You shall have canoeing along the lake and nature walk around the area. dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo

After your early breakfast we shall continue with our journey with lunch En-route to l. Mburo where you will have a view at large number of impalas concentrating in the park, zebras buffalos, and warthogs, among others with a game drive through the park. Along the way you will see the stunning landscape of Kigezi Island. Dinner and overnight

Day 5: Boat Cruise to Entebbe International Airport

Enjoy your early breakfast and then go for a boat cruise along the lake where you will see variety of water life such as hippos, crocodiles, birds such as the goose, white cattle egrets among others. Have lunch and then transfer back to Entebbe a safari in Uganda.
