This 15days safari will focus in the western national parks of the country

1. Kidepo valley national park for ostriches and the true wildness

Day by day activities

Day1 Arrival in Uganda

Welcome to Uganda, our representative/ safari driver guide will pick you from airport transfer you to your booked accommodation, at the hotel you will be briefed the safari itinerary to know exactly what you expect in the 15days Uganda safari. You can have optional activities according to the arrival time, we can give you a tour to Kampala city or Entebbe depending on the arrival time and location of your booked accommodation.

Day 2 Drive to Gulu City and Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After your early morning breakfast, you will embark on transfer from Entebbe through Kampala capital in the morning through town of Luwero and have a stopover at ziwa rhino sanctuary, this is the only place in Uganda where you can see rhinos in the wilderness. The sanctuary acts as a breeding ground for the extinct rhinos, after 1-2 hours rhino tracking you have En-route lunch before you proceed to Gulu city from rhino, head to Gulu city. After the Joseph Kony rebels were forced out Northern Uganda, Gulu city is what we are talking about. Gulu city is bustling town / city in this once war-ravaged region. As you will witness, the beauty of life here plays from dawn to dusk – extending deep who have moved past their pain and just want to enjoy life (the best they can) Enjoy your time and later overnight at the booked hotel.

Day3. Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

Wakeup early morning for breakfast and embark on a photographic journey to Kidepo valley national park, arriving in time for rest and lunch before going out for game viewing in the Narus valley in the south sector of Kidepo. Narus is the sector of Kidepo that has savannah grasslands mixed with acacia woodland. It is also the area of the park with permanent water source throughout the year and for that matter, most of the animals are in the part of the park. Be on the look for large herds of buffalos, elephants, many zebras, antelope’s species and the lions the elusive leopards. You will return to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay at savannah tents Kidepo.

Day4. Morning Game Drive and Later Karamojong Community Encounter

Enjoy your breakfast then embark on a sunrise game drive / safari where you will have the opportunity to encounter wildlife including; lions, elephants, zebras, or elusive leopard, elephants, herds of buffalos , giraffe, elands  and among others, back to lodge for lunch and relaxation after your good relax set off for and move for karamojong community, cultural encounter where you will spend a wonderful afternoon (evening) with the karamojong people have an insight on their way of living /life and beliefs. Return for dinner and overnight stay on the previous lodge

Day 5 Connect To Murchison Fall National Park

After morning breakfast checkout of the lodge, will be followed by connection to the Murchison falls national park (5 to 6hrs)  via Kitgum to Gulu city have lunch at Gulu city then proceed to Murchison falls national park the biggest park in the country with the largest population of wildlife, birds species & beautiful landscape of savannah & forest.

Day6. Game drive In the Park and Boat Cruise at the Nile

AFTER morning breakfast, you will set off for game drive in Murchison falls national park. A lot of wildlife is expected ranging from elephants, buffalos, lions, leopard, Uganda kobs, warthogs, and bird species bee eaters, eagles Uganda grey crane. After lunch you will have a boat cruise to the bottom of the fall where you will see hippos, and crocodiles are seen at close range, fishing birds, i.e., fish eagle, kingfisher. Dinner and overnight

Day7. Morning Game Drive And Top of the Fall Then Travel to Kibale National Park

Very early morning breakfast, check out of the lodge &transfer go for a short game drive in search for wildlife & scenic views. After the game drive you will go to the Top of the fall after their proceed to Hoima for lunch Kloping hotel, after lunch proceed to Kibale forest national park check in the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 8, Drive to Kibale Forest National Park

This is a long drive but we are in no rush. After your breakfast, you will set off for Kibale National Park, on the way you will see locals attending in their gardens / farms. Lot of cash crops are grown in the region, like Cotton, Tobacco, Maize, and Bananas & Tea.

This is always room of photo stops, overseeing the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains, you are arriving to Fort portal city, the cleanest green town in Uganda. There we continue to your lodge close to the park

Day9. Chimpanzee Trekking In Kibale Forest National Park

In the morning, you will have an early breakfast. Then drive to Kanyunchu visitor’s center. For registration & briefing. This where all activities to be done in the park managed. Here you will m eat arranger guide who will lead you to see close relatives in the forest. After find them you will be allowed only one hour with them, after you return to the briefing center to earn your certificate then to lodge for lunch and relaxation evening go for Bigodi swamp nature walk, these walks will bring you closer to some primates and bird species, African scenery, home settings agriculture in the place, back to previous lodge for dinner and over night

Day 10 Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After your breakfast, check out of the lodge, depart to Queen Elizabeth National Park, another scenic drive of the foot hills of Mt. Rwenzori seeing Glaciation on the a clear day, Banana plantation, tomatoes plantations, cotton, Tea plantations, through Kasese town a very famous coper mining town in Uganda on arriving, we will check in at your lodge, in evening we will go for a game drive in chance of seeing loins, leopards, Uganda kobs, Elephants, and abundance of bird life

Day 11 Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park and Boat Cruise On Kazinga Channel.

With packed breakfast, you set off for morning game drive in Kasenyi plain for active game viewing, you might get lucky day to see loins in action (hunting).

The sunrise in wildness is wonder full more animals are very active at this time & a sight of predators like hyenas, walking back to their dens in a great experience. We return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation & evening boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. This boat ride is very worthy as it brings you close to the water bird species like kingfisher, fish eagles, pelicans, African darter, reptiles i.e., crocodiles & monitor lizard are often seen in addition to the plenty of Buffaloes, Elephants and other animals come water on shores of the channel back to the previous lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day12. The Tree Climbing Loins and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

After your breakfast, check out of the lodge drive to Ishasha sector for tree climbing loins in southern part of the park

Two hours’ drive along with adventures road sight-seeing, more wildlife is seen along the way you pass through Maramagambo forest, the largest rain forest in Uganda game drive in Ishasha will present you a chance to see the famous tree climbing loins, Topis, hyenas, elephant’s buffaloes, and land scape

Then have lunch at Topi safari lodge Ishasha after lunch proceed to Bwindi Forest national park driving throaty hills, mountains and terraced land prepared for local agriculture

Day13. Gorilla Trekking In Bwindi Forest Transfer To Lake Bunyonyi

After Your Morning Breakfast You Will Transferred To Park Office For Briefing On DOS And DONTS Gorilla Trekking Can Be Long But Very Worthy It. Your Ranger Guide Will Lead You In The Forest, His Radio Communication With The Trackers Will Find You Where The Gentle Giants Are. Upon Trekking The Gorillas, You Spend Life Time Hour (One Hour) With Them As They Feed Their Young Ones, Pray & Nap Before Saying Good Bye To The Impenetrable Forest Return To Office To Earn A Certificate Of Trekking. You Will Be Transfer To   Lake Bunyonyi. We Drive Through Mountains Of Rolling Green Terrace Cultivates By The Bakiga People Whose Live Hood Depend On Agriculture

After relaxing, at the lake but a lot of choice on the activities that can be done around the lake. Direct transaction of Lake Bunyonyi would be (lake of birds) meaning of birds, canoeing on the lake is a great as lake, is very stable with low waves. Visiting to the island is also an interesting activity as well as swim in the lake which free of hippopotamus, crocodiles, & bilharzia back to lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 14 Driver to Lake Mburo National Park

After a very good morning breakfast wish a sun rise on the lake, we set off for Lake Mburo national park. We drive through mountains of rolling green terrace cultivates by the Bakiga people whose live hood depend on agriculture then the land of milk, the home of long horned cattle, we stop to Mbarara for lunch, & later proceed to park we check in the lodge in lake Mburo national park an evening sunset game viewing to see the zebra, Topis, Buffaloes, Impalas, Warthogs, Leopard and birds like Tawny eagle, stalling many other mentioned but are few we check k in the lodge in lake Mburo national park for night game drive where you will be able to see animals which is active at night like elusive leopard, nightjars, and much more back to lodge for overnight

Day 15 Safari Walk and Back to Entebbe for Departure

After breakfast we start the journey to Entebbe depending on your flight time & program, Go for safari walk where you will be have a chance to see giraffes closer and zebras together with armed ranger, however our guide will advise on the way stop at Equator for the zero line experience a lot of craft shops are found here just for the remembrance of your amazing Uganda safari, you can have a cup of coffee before continue to your destination you will arrive in lake afternoon at evening & clutch at café javas / java house Entebbe.
