Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Day by day itinerary for our 3 days Uganda safari:

DAY 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to Bwindi Forest

We meet our Safari / tour guide at Entebbe airport and transfer to south western uganda,  the journey will start a beat early from Kampala for your  days gorilla trekking safari and it take you 9 hours, be prepared for a long day in the car. Along the way you will make a stop by the equator for some photos and have lunch in Masaka or Mbarara depending on the time. Continue on through the countryside to Bwindi Mountains with a beautiful drive up the hills. We reach the lodge for you to relax before the next day’s great trekking adventure.

Overnight: Broadbill safari lodge, Bakiga lodge Ruhija sector, Gorilla Havens, Bweza, Rushaga sector, KFC Mist, Ride for the woman Buhoma sector.

DAY 2: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for Gorilla Trekking  in their Habitat

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is great home to the forest giants that are friendly to human kind, Have an early breakfast before setting off for your gorilla trekking adventure with a specialized guide. Besides the gorillas, Bwindi impenetrable forest is full of birds, butterflies and plant species plus forest hog, forest elephants. Enjoy the walk through the forest and spend one hour around the gorillas. After the gorilla trek your guide picks you and you start the beautiful journey down the mountains, through the neck of the impenetrable forest, past cultivated hills through villages and on to the lodge at the edge of  Park where the second night of your 3 days gorilla trekking safari will be spent.

Day 3 : Transfer Back to Entebbe for our Flights Back 

After breakfast you will set off for boat ride on the lake Bunyonyi where you will be able to see the punishment island where the Bakiga tribe dump un married pregnant girls to die from there and other beautiful islands on these lake because the lake having 29 islands and its the deepest lake in uganda and also the second deepest Africa after lake Tanganyika in Tanzania. after start your journey back to Kampala, Have lunch along the way. Get back to Kampala in the late afternoon/evening after meeting the Gorillas of Uganda as we finish your 3 days gorilla trekking safari.
